The advantage of this offer is that Dalkia becomes the single point of contact for operation and maintenance of utility plant, and businesses can concentrate their time on their own area of expertise.

Dalkia provide a fully outsourced design, build, finance, operate & maintain model with a long-term contract. This can apply either for a greenfield or new-build project or for an existing, retrofit or upgrade project to include a Replacement Guarantee Service (RGS). This Replacement Guarantee Service is paid for by Dalkia and ensures efficient conversion of primary energies right through the project duration.

Dalkia can take guaranteed commitment on availability, efficiency, labour costs, materials and consumable costs. This provides the client with cost control certainty and a penalty will be applied to Dalkia for non delivery against commitments.
