Health & Safety is Dalkia's No. 1 Priority

The Environment, Health & Safety company policy is embodied in the following objectives:

• To implement and maintain an Environmental, Health & Safety management system in order to attain a high standard of excellence in these areas.
• To continually endeavour to improve our performance in all areas of the Environment, Health & Safety.
• To observe and conform to all relevant legislative requirements, and where specific legislation does not exist to follow current industry best practice. Registers will be kept of all relevant legislation and kept up to date.
• Dalkia shall ensure that our employees and sub-contractors have a safe, clean and suitable standard of work environment where they can perform to the best of their ability.
• To ensure that these standards can be met and maintained, the company will commit whatever resources are necessary, be they financial, personnel or otherwise.
• Where possible, the company shall ensure that all clients and sub-contractors employ the same or similar high standards in relation to the Environment, Health & Safety.
• Our policies, procedures and performance in relation to the Environment, Health & Safety will be reviewed on a regular basis by senior management through our KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), so that areas for continuous improvement can be determined. The results of these reviews will be communicated to our employees and other affected parties.
