Christmas donations
For the 4th consecutive year, we at Dalkia have decided to support the wonderful work carried out by a number of charities across Ireland in these difficult economic times.
Instead of receiving a Christmas card or gift, our customers are offered the choice of one from a number of charities selected by Dalkia to support every year and we organise the corresponding donation.
This year, the charities selected are:
St Vincents GAA Club
Dalkia is the proud sponsor of St Vincents GAA Football and Juvelines Club, in Marino, Dublin.
St. Vincents Club has been synonymous with gaelic games in Dublin and beyond for the past seventy five years. Founded in 1931 the Club originally settled in Raheny. But in 1981, it moved to its home in Marino.
The Club hosts a large clubhouse and two full sized pitches, both with floodlights. There is also a training area and training pit where teams can train in all weathers. The Clubhouse has a bar, large hall, snooker room and several offices.

CONNECT
The Community Sponsorship programme for Veolia in Ireland
CONNECT gives staff of Veolia companies in Ireland an opportunity to lend a helping hand to their local communities.
Any member of our staff can become a "Project Sponsor" and nominate a voluntary group or organisation for funding.
Some of the beneficiaries of this programme are:
- St Paul's Services for children and adolescents with Autism, Beaumont, Dublin 9
- Down Syndrome Ireland, Cork Branch, Cork City
- Sport agus Spraoi Community Group, Carndonagh, Co. Donegal
- Clondalkin Montessori School, Dublin 22

Stewarts Foundation Golf Classic
Dalkia was proud to sponsor the Stewarts Foundation Golf Classic event which took place at Powerscourt Golf & Country Club on Thursday, May 19th, 2011.
Funds collected will contribute to the development of a new facility, "The Orchard" on the Stewarts Palmerstown Campus. This service will enable the provision of a comprehensive range of Holistic and Therapeutic experiences for Stewarts clients.
